Our exclusive lid seal system incorporates a captured o-ring integrated into the lid plate. This seals the inlet pipe, minimizing salt creep, without the need for additional bulkheads. All you’ll need is the glass aquarium, some aquarium safe silicone and three filter socks that suit your filtration needs. The four included baffle plates can be used to divide the tank into distinct sections for filter socks, two zones for a refugium or equipment like protein skimmers or reactors, a bubble trap and your return pump. To measure the inside, use calipers or trim a dowel rod or rigid piece of cardboard until it fits between the front and back glass of the tank while parallel to the bottom.
